Finding ideas

 

Finding ideas:

sometimes we are out of ideas and find it hard to draw something. Every one has faced this at least once during Art class. There are times when we are unable to think of an interesting idea.

Following are some tips to start finding ideas:

Style it differently- Take one character and style it in a different character's style. example- draw a mermaid and color it in purple, blue like its a unicorn.

The mash up technique- Think about any two things and try to mix them to create something new.                                                                                                                                                     

Mix of the universe and the butterfly

Different identity- Take a character and try to draw it as something else.                                                                                                             For example-Medusa as a beautiful warrior.

Draw your mind technique- Close your eyes and relax don't think of anything and draw whatever is in your mind and make your pencil flow with your thought.
